摘要
集装箱码头堆场轨道式集装箱龙门起重机轨道在使用过程中,出现钢轨断裂,压板损坏等严重问题,影响到集装箱龙门起重机的安全运行。针对轨道损坏的具体现象,分析了产生的原因,论述了维修、改进方法,对今后港区的轨道改造和设计选型有一定的指导作用。
During the usage of the track of RTG on the ground of the container terminal,the track breaking and plate damage would occur,which impact running safely of the RTG.This paper analyses the detail phenomenon of track damage and the reasons,states the methods of repairing and maintenance,which could be referenced for track reforms and type selection of port.
