岸桥小车滑轮出现明显压痕,影响钢丝绳的使用寿命。对滑轮压痕产生原因及对钢丝绳使用寿命的影响进行分析。提出了防止滑轮痕产生的措施。

The pressing mark on the pulley of the trolley of the shore-based container crane impact the service life of the steel rope.This paper analyses the reasons of the pressing marks left on the pulley and the impact to the service life of the steel rope.It puts forward a few countermeasures of preventing the pressing marks on the pulley.
