PPAR-α及其配体与糖尿病肾病

摘要 过氧化物酶体增殖物活化受体(PPARs)是一类甾体激素受体,包括PPAR-α、PPAR-β/δ、PPAR-γ 3种类型,均不同程度在肾脏表达.研究显示,PPAR-α及其配体在肾脏脂毒性、胰岛素敏感性、炎性反应介导的细胞增殖和肥大、细胞外基质沉积、血管张力改变导致的血流动力学异常等方面发挥蕈要的调节作用,现就其与糖尿病肾病的关系作一综述. Peroxisome proliferator activated receptors ( PPARs) , a member of steroidal hormone receptor superfamily,has 3 subtypes,including PPAR-a, PPAR-β/δ and PPAR-γ. PPAR-α and its ligand play important roles in kidney lipotoxicity, insulin sensitivity, cell proliferation and hypertrophy induced by inflammation, extracellular matrix accumulation and vascular tension. Here reviews the relationship between PPAR-α and diabetic nephropathy.
