摘要
介绍了数字化变电站间隔层联锁的实现方法,可以完成面向全站的联闭锁功能。变电站新扩建间隔的联锁逻辑可能需要已运行间隔的状态参加运算,同时扩建也可能带来已运行间隔联锁逻辑的更新。分析了变电站扩建对间隔层联锁的影响,包括检修、试验等情况下对间隔层联锁的要求。提出了针对变电站扩建的间隔层联锁方案,利用在间隔层装置增加软压板和软件模拟的方法来实现,可以解决扩建导致的间隔层联锁调试及安全性问题。
The implementation method of interlocking within or between bays are introduced.It can meet interlocking functions on whole substation level.Once substations need expansion,new bays will be involved in the whole interlocking,the bay running devices have to update its interlocking logic too.When one bay is under maintenance or testing,bay interlocking will be influenced.The paper puts forward to one solution on bay interlocking for substation expansion,which is realized by adding soft platen in device and software simulatin.This solution can minimize the influence on bay interlocking when substation expansion,and can meet the maintenance and test requirement.
