基于灰色系统的我国社区卫生服务影响因素研究

Influential Factors of Community Health Services in China Based on Grey System

目的研究我国社区卫生服务的各项影响因素,以助完善社区卫生服务的发展。方法基于灰色系统理论中的灰色关联分析法,对影响我国社区卫生服务的有关因素,即政府对社区卫生服务的投入、社区卫生服务机构中卫生技术人员情况、我国城镇职工的基本医疗保险情况、城镇居民的收入水平和消费结构进行了相关分析。结果与我国社区卫生服务诊疗量高度相关的因子是政府对社区卫生服务的投入水平;其次是社区卫生服务机构中卫生技术人员数、城镇职工基本医疗保险参保人数和城镇居民人均可支配收入这三项因素。结论应合理地调整我国医疗资源的配置情况,提高卫生服务机构的竞争能力,推进医疗保险与社区卫生服务机构的接轨,更充分地发挥社区卫生服务的作用。

Objective To study the influential factors to community health service（CHS） so as to help improvement of CHS in China.Methods By using grey relational analysis in the grey theorem to conduct the correlation analysis on the influential factors to CHS in China,including the conditions of governmental invest in CHS,health personnel in CHS,basic medical insurance system for urban employees,income and consumption structure of local residents.Results The highly related factor to medical quality of CHS in China was the governmental invest in CHS,next were the number of health personnel in CHS institutions,the number of workers participating in health insurance,and the per capita income of the urban residents.Conclusion It is necessary to reasonably adjust the health resource allocation,improve compatibility of CHS institutions and promote the connection between health insurance and CHS institutions so as to operate CHS more sufficiently.
