应用圆形分布法分析社区健康服务中心诊疗人次高峰期的研究

Analysis of Clinic Visit Peak by Circular Distribution Method in Community Health Service Center

目的分析社区健康服务中心(社康中心)诊疗人次的高峰期,以探索和掌握其季节性分布特征,为强化社康中心管理和合理调配人力资源提供科学依据。方法应用圆形分布法统计分析2009年该社康中心诊疗人次的季节性消长。结果 2009年社康中心诊疗人次高峰期为3月11日—10月25日,平均高峰时点为7月3日。结论应用圆形分布法分析社康中心诊疗人次的高峰期明确可靠,为制定管理对策和合理调配科室工作提供了较为准确的依据。

Objective To study the peak period for people to seek medical care in community health service（CHS） center,in order to study the seasonal distribution feature to provide a scientific basis for management in CHS center and reasonable application of man power.Methods The circular distribution method was taken for statistically analyzing the seasonal change in number of visiting people for medical care in 2009 in our CHS center.Results In 2009,the peak period for people to seek medical care was from March 11 to October 25,with an average peak day of June 3.Conclusion The circular distribution method is reliable for analyzing the peak period for people to seek medical care in CHD center,and it provides an accurate basis for establishing management strategy and reasonably preparing work.
