血清葡萄糖线性检测的研究

THE Research of serum glucose linear detection

目的对葡萄糖(GLU)线性范围进行验证评估,确保在线性范围内的检测结果准确可靠。方法利用临床高值和低值血清标本配制成系列浓度样本,在BAYER2400全自动生化仪上对各样本的葡萄糖进行检测,所得数据进行统计分析,验证评估GLU的检测线性范围。结果葡萄糖的线性范围可达30mmol/L.结论对定量监测项目均应确认其线性范围,防止线性以外的结果错误地报告。这也是实验室认可要求的一部分。

Objective Evaluating and validating the linear scope of glucose,to ensure the detecting result be reliable in the linear scope.Methods Using the high and low concentration serum from clinic to make serial sample for various concentration.Make glucose detect in the BAYER 2400 chemistry analyzer,Statistical analysis the detecting data to validate the linear scope of glucose.Results the linear scope of the glucose detecting value could be in 30 mmol/L.Conclusion It is necessary to validate the linear scope for all quantitative test,which prevented wrongly reporting the result out of linear scope,and this was also one of the request of laboratory accreditation
