Transit Community Integrated with MTR:A Feasible Land-using Strategy in China

捷运社区是基于以轨道交通为主要交通模式的一种土地开发模式,是符合绿色城市发展的土地使用战略。居住社区与轨道交通紧密结合有利于实现土地使用效率和轨道交通效率的双赢,是适合中国城市化进程的土地开发模式之一。

This article brings out and expatiates the concept of transit community, considers transit community that based on the mass transit railway system,according with the land using tactic of green city.Residence community development tightly integrating with the construction of urban railway system could enhance the land using efficiency and promoting inhabitant to use railway system instead of private cars.Therefore,transit community is a feasible strategy for the rapidly urbanizing course of China.
