摘要
我国住区郊区化现象和无序发展给资源和环境带来了莫大压力。基于"紧凑城市"理念,通过对中国现有城市住区的梳理和数据分析,提出了"紧凑住区"的概念——功能紧凑、规模紧凑和结构紧凑的居住区,并认为"紧凑住区"是一种适合国情和可持续发展要求的住区发展方式。作为研究结论,提出了"紧凑住区"的发展策略,并对推动"紧凑住区"的发展从实施层面给出了建议。
A concept of compact settlement-the residential district of compact function, compact size and compact structure was proposed to solve the problem of settlements crawl in Chinese big cities Based on the analyzing and carding of Chinese settlements crawl ciroumstance,compact settlement was considered to be a sustainable development way which is fit for Chinese cities. The feasibility and necessity of compact settrement is also analyzed. As a conclusion, the thesis puts forward the development strategy of compact settlements and gives proposal on the application.
