摘要
齐大山铁矿选出的铁精矿品位波动幅度比较大,直接影响了后续炼铁的生产过程。为有效减少指标的波动次数,将齐大山铁矿采场划分为4个区域,对影响指标较大的3个区域及全区综合铁矿石进行工艺矿物学研究以及可选性试验,得出只有通过合理配矿才能实现矿石的合理开发利用的结论。
The iron concentrate grad separated from qidashan iron mine fluctuated frequently,which affected the consistent production.In order to reduce the fluctuant times,partitioned the mining area of qidashan iron mine into 4 areas,carried out the technological mineralogy and separability study to the 3 areas' ores which affected the indexes,and got the result that only by reasonable ore blending could realized suitable utilization of ores.
