河北省媒体资源整合的瓶颈及策略研究

整合河北媒体资源对建设"和谐河北"具有政治、经济、文化等多方面的重要意义。河北媒体在资源整合方面的主要瓶颈是:基础设施、技术手段建设方面尚显薄弱;媒体之间缺乏人力资源、信息资源、广告资源方面的联系与合作,忽视对受众资源的培养与建设等。整合河北媒体资源的策略和建议:区域媒体的"一线两厢"局域发展战略,塑造华北及环京津、环渤海地区强势媒体战略,"盘活"内资、引进"外资"战略;省级媒体重在构造完整的产业价值链体系,整合资源,深化发展,区域媒体之间的资源整合模式应突出石家庄、廊坊两个中心。

The resource-integration of Hebei media is meaningful on political,economic,cultural and other aspects to build a ＂harmonious Hebei＂.The main bottlenecks of Hebei media resource-integration lie in： the weakness of infrastructure and technology;the lack of contacts and cooperation on human resources,information resources,advertising resources,etc.;the neglect in training and building audience resources.The strategies and recommendations on Hebei media resource-integration depend on： the ＂one line and two sides＂ local development strategy of regional media,the shape of strong media strategy around Beijing and Tianjin in North China,the Bohai Sea region;the strategy on activation of internal capital and introduction of foreign investment;the construction of complete industrial value chain system,integration of resources,deepening the development,integration of resources between regional media mode： highlights Shijiazhuang and Langfang—two centers.
