摘要 高科技项目产品层出不穷,检漏仪随高新技术的不断进步与应用,科技含量也提高,在产品检测中被广泛应用。由于设计的真空箱重量约3吨,检漏过程中需保证内外压差不大于0.03 MPa;304不锈钢的抗弯强度为176.4 MPa;Q235的抗弯强度为156.7 MPa;在设计中必须对真空箱等强度进行校核。本文叙述了真空箱氦检漏回收系统的经验和体会。 Applied to many product inspections,the helium leak detectors have been improving step by step with sci-tech progress.In this respect the design of the vacuum chamber in helium leak detection system is very important and should be checked to ensure that the difference between its internal and external air pressures is not higher than 0.03MPa during leak detection,and that the bending strengths of the stainless steels 304 and Q235,as the materials used to make the vacuum chamber,are up to 176.4 and 156.7MPa,respectively.Moreover,the experience accumulated in the utilization of the helium leak detection/recovery system with vacuum box is described.
