摘要
在剖析煤炭销售物流体系和业务流程的基础上,针对其客户管理观念落后、技术手段匮乏等瓶颈问题,提出了基于零时间的销售物流构想,构建出即时管理、即时响应、即时价值联盟三大战略方案。
On the basis of a full understanding and in-depth analysis of coal sales logistics and business processes,this paper analyses the bottleneck problems on the part of coal companies in their sales logistics system and process such as laggard customer management notion and the lack of technical means.Then zero time theory is introduced to develop the new concept of zero time sales logistics(ZTSL) and three strategies are proposed to support the ZTSL target,including instant management,instant response and instant value alignment strategy.
