摘要
研究了宝日褐煤进行低温干馏时,干馏温度及保温时间对褐煤干馏产物产率的影响规律;分析了半焦的元素组成及其性质,采用气相色谱比较了不同干馏温度下煤气的基本组成,运用FTIR表征了褐煤在不同干馏温度下焦油的官能团。结果表明,当干馏温度为600℃时,宝日褐煤半焦低位发热量比原煤提高48.1%,并且空气干燥基水分低,对二氧化碳的反应性良好;干馏温度为550℃时,宝日褐煤液相产物产出率最高;FTIR分析表明褐煤焦油中含有丰富的羟基官能团及-CH2-和CH3脂肪结构。
In this paper,a research is carried out on the regularities of pyrolysis temperature and holding time on the product yield of pyrolysis of lignite when medium-low temperature pyrolysis experiments is carried out on Baori lignite.The paper also presents an analysis of the elemental composition of semi-coke and their characteristics.Basic gas compositions obtained under different pyrolysis temperature are compared by gas chromatography and the functional groups of tar are demonstrated with IR spectrometry.The result shows that at the pyrolysis temperature of 600℃,the low calorific value of the semi-coke made from Baori lignite is 48.1% higher than raw coal.What is more,semi-coke's moisture content is low and hence it has good carboxy reactivity.At the pyrolysis temperature of 550℃,Baori lignite offers highest liquid product yield.It can be seen from FTIR that the lignite tar contains rich-OH functional groups as well as-CH2-and-CH3 fat structures existing in varied forms.
