摘要
中国工会提出"组织起来、切实维权"的工作方针,要求树立"以职工为本,主动依法科学维权"的维权观,推动建立和谐稳定劳动关系。工作场所的民主参与、三方机制和社会对话制度,已为国际社会广泛接受,而集体谈判正是实施这些制度的基础,劳动者权益的维护在很大程度上就取决于劳动者有组织的谈判能力。进一步建立健全劳动关系协调机制,完善劳动保护机制,离不开各级工会组织依法履职、协调利益、化解矛盾、排忧解难的积极作用。
Putting forward the working guideline of 'safeguard human rights with organization',The Chinese Trade Unions attemp to establish the rights-defending concept of 'staff-oriented,conform to the law voluntarily and safeguard rights scientifically',and promote the establishment of harmonious and stable labor relationship. The international community has already widely accepted the democratic participation in workplaces,the tripartite mechanism and the social dialogue system,which are carried out with basis of group negotiation. To a large extent,the protection of rights and interests of workers depends on their systematical bargaining power. To further establish and improve the coordination mechanism of labor relations and perfect labor protection mechanism,trade unions have to play active role in performing duties lawfully,coordinating interests,resolving conflicts and clearing up worries and problems.
