The Negligence in the Party Building of Communist Party of the Soviet Union (CPSU) and its Lessons

苏共在党的建设上的疏失,主要表现在:思想理论僵化,党的指导思想丧失引领社会前进的功能;长期没有实现从革命党向执政党的转变;个人集权过多,个人崇拜盛行,民主集中制遭到严重破坏;终身制、任命制、官职等级名录凸显苏共干部制度的弊端和党的执政能力的衰退;特权和腐败现象丛生,党的执政合法性危机日趋严重;党的思想教育工作严重失策,党的基层组织软弱涣散,使党的先进性和战斗力沦丧。苏共在执政实践中,长期忽视执政党的自身建设,没有随着时代的变迁不断革新,致使党的执政能力不断衰竭,党的先进性不断褪色,失去创造活力,失去党心民心,直至最后丧失执政地位,从一定意义上说,这是苏共在党建中的疏失造成的严重后果。

Negligence of Communist Party of the Soviet Union(CPSU) lies in the following aspects,rigid ideology and theory,guiding ideology 's loss of functional leading social progress,without transition from Revolutionary Party to the ruling party,too much Personal centralization,prevalence of Cult of personality,ruin of Democratic centralism. Tenure,Appointment system,Official rating list also show the disadvantage of CPSU ’ s Cadres and the degeneracy of reign ability. Sorts of privileges and corruption tend to make the Legitimacy Crisis. Serious misstep in party's ideological education and weak and slack Grassroots organizations results in the Advanced and combat destitution. In CPSU 's practice in power,long-term neglect of the ruling party itself,no innovation with changing times,lead the party's ability to continuous degenerating and the party's advanced nature fading,loss of creativity,loss of popular feeling in the party and the people,ending up with losing its ruling power. In a certain sense,these serious consequences result from CPSU's negligence in its party building.
