摘要
肠达康体外药敏试验表明,对鸡源大肠杆菌C83862的抑菌圈为30.5±1.1mm,诺氟沙星为28.0±1.6mm;体内药效试验表明,肠达康按55,60和70mg/L饮水给药,连续用药3d,对人工诱发大肠杆菌病鸡的保护率分别为43.3%,73.3%和83.3%,均极显著高于诺氟沙星组和阳性对照组。肠达康试验组之间,高剂量、中剂量组药效也极显著高于低剂量组,而高、中剂量组之间差异不显著。另外,与阳性对照组及诺氟沙星对照组比较,肠达康试验各组雏鸡发病率较低,临床发病症状较轻。
Trials both in vivo and in vitro were conducted to evaluate the efficacy of 'Chang Da Kang' against E. colt. Resultsof the drug sensitivity test (in vitro) showed that inhibition zones of 'Chang Da Kang' and norfloxacin were (30. 5 ±1.1) mm and(28.0±1. 6) mm, respectively. The therapeutic trials Of 'Chang Da Kang' (55, 60, 70 lug/L) and norfloxacin (50 mg/L) by oraladministration in drinking water for 3 successive days against experimental colibacillosis were carried out in chicks. The protectiverates of 'Chang Da Kang' at the above levels were 43. 3%, 73. 3%, 83. 3% respectively, all were significantly higher than that of50 mg/L norfloxacin(6. 7% ) and the positive control (0. 0% ). 'Chang Da Kang' at the level of 70 mg/L and 60 mg/L wer muchmgre efficient (P <0. 01 ) than that of 55 mg/L, whereas there was no significant (P> 0. 05) difference between the 70 and 60 mg/L groups. Further, as compared with the positive and norfloxacin controls, the 'Chang Da Kang' testing groups encounted less attackrate and milder clinical symptoms.
