冠状动脉旁路移植术危险评价系统的建立应用及临床修正 被引量：7

摘要 冠状动脉旁路移植手术（CABG）是目前世界上治疗冠心病最有效的方法之一。全球每年有超过80万例患者行CABG。高龄、体弱及合并其他疾病的在手术患者中所占的比例越来越大,且多伴有糖尿病、高血压及慢性阻塞性肺疾病等，其围手术期低心排出量综合征（低心排）、脑血管意外及呼吸功能衰竭等并发症发生率增高。
