摘要 目的探讨健康教育对某部官兵核辐射认知和情绪的影响。方法采用自编核辐射认知量表、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)对健康教育前后的官兵进行测查,比较官兵核辐射认知和情绪变化情况。结果健康教育后官兵核辐射知识认知总分、3个因子均分和11个条目均分都显著高于健康教育前(P<0.05);其中,总分、损伤因子、洗消因子和防护因子健康教育前得分分别为:21.44±1.65分、4.88±1.16分、8.39±0.78分和8.16±0.88分,健康教育后得分分别为:28.04±0.53分、7.35±0.35分、10.36±0.27分和10.33±0.29分。健康教育后,不同特征的官兵核辐射认知分都显著高于健康教育前。健康教育后,官兵的SDS和SAS得分分别为40.99±16.88分和41.13±15.54分,都显著高于健康教育前的38.45±8.73分和38.69±8.41分(P<0.05)。结论健康教育是提高官兵核辐射认知能力的有力手段,但会对官兵情绪变化造成一定的负面影响。 Objective To explore the effects of health education on military personnel's cognition and emotion towards nuclear radiation.Methods A self-designed nuclear radiation cognition scale,SDS,and SAS were used to analyze the differences in cognition and emotion among military personnel before and after the education.Results After the education,the total nuclear radiation score,three-factor composite score,and scores on 11 individual items increased significantly(P0.05).Before the education,the total nuclear radiation score,damage factor score,washing-cleaning score and defense factor score were 21.44±1.65,4.88±1.16,8.39±0.78,and 8.16±0.88,respectively,and changed to 28.04±0.53,7.35±0.35,10.36±0.27,and 10.33±0.29 after the education.Increase in radiation score occurred in all different groups of military personnel.The SDS and SAS scores increased from 38.45±8.73 and 38.69±8.41 to 40.99±16.88 and 41.13±15.54,respectively(P0.05).Conclusion Health education is an important measure to promote cognition and knowledge of nuclear radiation among military personnel,but might result in emotion changes.
