摘要 新鲜无花果叶经干燥、破碎,用95%乙醇浸提,浸提液浓缩后得到的浸膏用10%KOH的95%乙醇溶液皂化、乙醚萃取,分成两组:乙醚相为非皂化组分A;皂化液为皂化组分B。经TLC和柱层析分离,从A中分离出β-香树脂醇、β-谷甾醇;从B中分离出补骨脂素。用GC/MS、IR予以检测、认定。 Preparation, isolation and elucidation of alcohol soluble composition of fig leaf was reported. Fresh fig leaves were dried and broken, then extracted with 95% alcohol. The extractive paste was divided into two parts: nonsaponifiable part A and saponifiable part B. By using TLC and column chromatography, β amyrin and β sitosterol were isolated from A, psoralen was isolated from B. These compounds were characterized by GC/MS, IR.
