虾夷扇贝稚贝中间育成技术改进试验

Research on Culture Technology of Larvae of Pecten Yesoensis in Medium Culture Period

通过１９９４年～１９９７年虾夷扇贝（ＰｅｃｔｅｎＹｅｓｏｅｎｓｉｓ）中间育成试验研究证明，使用６０目筛绢网做网箱底部，３０目筛绢做其它网面进行虾夷扇贝中间育成，比用一种筛绢网包围网箱育成率提高近一倍。并且便于管理，节省劳力，减少贝苗损伤，生产上可节省二级育成使用的网箱及筛绢网，大大降低中间育成成本。

Abstract Through the research of medium culture of Pecten Yesoensis from 1994 to 1997,It can be proved that the breeding rate of Pecten Yesoensis in medium culture period is doubled when we use bolting-sild of 60 sieve number as the bottom of net box,bolting-silk of 30 sieve nember as the other side instead of using one kind of boltine-silk It is convenient for us to manage the production,as well as saving the labour,shorten the damage of larvae.As the result,It can down the culture cost in the production of medium breeding of Pecten Yesoensis.
