摘要
利用Fischer碱与3,5-二溴水杨醛反应合成了6,8-二溴-1’,3’,3’-三甲基螺(2H-1-苯并吡喃-2,2’-吲哚啉)化合物,在丙酮和乙醇混合溶剂中自然挥发培养出单晶,通过X射线单晶结构分析法测定了分子结构和晶体结构。晶体属于四方晶系,P4(1)空间群,晶胞参数为:a=8.2226(3),b=8.2226(3),c=26.995(2),α=β=γ=90°,V=1825.18(17)3,Dc=1.584mg/m3,μ=4.445mm-1,F(000)=864,Z=4,R1=0.1575,wR2=0.2520。并对其在涂料体系中的应用进行了系统研究,确定了较佳涂料配方,通过涂布的方式转移到纸张上,形成一种有机膜结构的防复印纸。从反射率光谱角度分析防复印机理。
A compound of 6,8-dibromo-1',3',3'-trimethylspiro[2H-1-benzopyran-2,2'-indoline]was designed and synthesized.The structure of the compound was characterized by 1H-NMR,IR,elemental analysis and melting point.The single crystals of compound was obtained by slow evaporation at room temperature and determined by X-ray diffractometer.Its crystals belonged to the tetragonal system with a space group of P4(1) and the following cell parameter:a=8.2226(3),b=8.2226(3),c=26.995(2),α=β=γ=90°,V=1825.18(17) 3,Dc=1.584mg/m3,μ=4.445mm-1,F(000)=864,Z=4,R1=0.1575,wR2=0.2520.This section carried on a systemic study on application of indolinespiropyran in coating system.It determined a better formulation of coating,which was transferred to paper through coating and formed an organic membrane structure of anti-copying paper.The anti-copying mechanism of the coated paper were characterized by reflectance spectroscopy.
