蓖麻油多元醇在聚氨酯硬泡中的应用研究 被引量:7

Preparation of castor oil polyol and its application in polyurethane rigid foam

摘要 以可再生的蓖麻油为主要原料,与甘油进行酯交换反应制备蓖麻油多元醇,通过红外光谱和分子量分布,分别考察了蓖麻油/甘油不同配比、不同温度和不同反应时间下的醇解产物性质。结果证明,在一定的催化条件下,200℃下反应3h蓖麻油多元醇羟值最高达434mgKOH/g,同时蓖麻油反应转化率最高。将此蓖麻油多元醇应用于聚氨酯硬泡中,显示出较好的泡沫性能。 The castor oil polyol were prepared through transesterification reaction from renewable castor oil and glycerin.The structures of corresponding production under different reaction conditions,such as the ratio of castor oil and glycerin,temperature and time were investigated by FTIR and GPC.The results indicated that when the reaction was at 200℃ for 3h using specific catalyst,the hydroxy value can be up to 434 mgKOH/g.Its effect on rigid foam performance was studied by varying the instead dosage of castor oil polyol.Results showed that castor oil polyol exhibited better reaction activity.But when the polyol content of castor oil polyol increased to 100 percent,the processing capability and dimensional stability of the rigid foam slightly declined.
