摘要
采用界面聚合法,以甲苯二异氰酸酯和哌嗪为反应单体,58号固体石蜡为芯材,制备了一种新型的工业余热回收用石蜡相变微胶囊。用扫描电镜对微胶囊形貌进行表征,用光学显微镜测定微胶囊的粒径大小和分布,通过红外光谱对微胶囊的化学成分进行分析,用差示扫描量热仪考察了微胶囊的热性能。结果表明,在最佳工艺条件下制备石蜡相变微胶囊主要为球形,分散性良好,平均粒径为12.5μm,相变潜热可达153J/g。
A novel microencapsulated phase change material(MEPCM) for industrial waste heat recovery was prepared by the interfacial polymerization technique using toluene-2,4-diisocyanate and piperazine as monomer and 58JHJ paraffin as core material.The morphology of the MEPCM was observed by scanning electron micrograph technique,mean diameter and size distribution of the MEPCM were measured by optical microscope.Chemical structure and components of the MEPCM were examined by IR technique.Differential scanning calorimeter was used to study the thermal properties of the MEPCM.Results showed that the MEPCM prepared under optimal conditions was mostly spherical shape,dispersed well,its average diameter was 12.5μm and latent heat can be 153J/g.
