摘要
采用大田试验,研究了常规施肥基础上施用不同种类肥料对烟叶中性致香物质含量的影响,试验共设4个处理,为常规施肥(CK)和常规施肥基础上施用多元素矿物质肥料(300mgkg-1)、宝肽生物肥料(300mgkg-1)及黑麦草绿肥(鲜重2000mgkg-1)。试验结果表明:施用不同种类肥料均可增加苯丙氨酸降解物、棕色化产物和类胡萝卜素降解物含量,三类致香物质含量均以施用宝肽生物肥料处理最高,并且仅宝肽生物肥料处理提高了西柏烷降解物含量;施用不同种类肥料对各致香物质均有一定的影响,并且提高了新植二烯含量和中性致香物质总量,新植二烯含量为施用多元素矿物质肥料处理最高,中性致香物质总量以施用宝肽生物肥料处理最高。
A field experiment was conducted to study the effect of different kinds of fertilizers on the contents of neutral aroma components in flue- cured tobacco. The experiment included four treatments： （1） CK, （2） mineral fertilizer （300 kg hm-2）, （3） Baotai biofertilizer （300 kg hm-2）, （4） ryegrass （fresh weight 2000 kg hm-2）. Results showed that the contents of Pheny lalamines, Maillard reaction products and Carotenoids increased for all three fertilizers＇ treatments, with the total neutral aroma components of treatment （3）being the highest. While the contents of Cembranenoides increased only for Baotai biofertilizer. Three kinds of fertilizers increased the contents of Neophytadiene and the total contents of neutral aroma components, and the contents of Neophytadiene of treatment （2） were the highest. The total contents of neutral aroma components of treatment （3） were the highest.
