摘要
加速溶剂萃取技术(ASE)具有操作简便、萃取速度快、有机溶剂用量少、减少有机溶剂对环境的污染和萃取操作自动化等特点,在土壤样品分析中具有重要的应用前景。介绍了ASE技术的基本原理和特点,并对ASE在土壤样品分析中的应用情况进行了综述,涉及的目标化合物包括杀虫剂、除草剂、多氯联苯和多环芳烃等各类环境污染物。
Accelerated solvent extraction (ASE) is simple and convenient to conduct, rapid, and uses less solvent, which controls environmental contamination. ASE also lends itself to automation. ASE applied in the assay of soil samples will have a good application perspective. This review described the basic principles and character of ASE, and summarized the application of ASE in the assay of soil samples. The target analytes include pesticides, herbicides, and other environmental contamination.
