摘要
近年来我国大部分高校实行了学分制教学管理制度改革。本文分析了学分制的实施对高校学生教育管理工作提出的诸多挑战,并在总结和借鉴西方发达国家大学管理经验的基础上,提出了我国高校学生教育管理工作应当采取的新模式。
In recent years,many universities in China have implemented the credit system reform.This paper analyzes the challenges of education and management in the credit system.Based on the management experience of Western developed countries,the paper presents the university educational management should have a new model.
