术中植入缓释型氟尿嘧啶治疗进展期胃癌的安全性 被引量：2

摘要 目的 探讨手术中植入缓释型氟尿嘧啶治疗进展期胃癌患者的安全性.方法 将109例胃癌患者随机分成3组,分别给予术中植入400mg或800mg缓释型氟尿嘧啶以及单纯手术,检测各组术前、术后的肝肾功能、红细胞、白细胞以及免疫学指标CD3、CD4和CD8的变化.结果 治疗组和对照组比较,各项检测指标无论在术前还是术后均差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.结论 术中植入缓释型氟尿嘧啶治疗胃癌是安全的.
