公平是人类社会具有永恒意义的基本价值追求和行为准则,是和谐社会的重要特征之一。通过分析比较几种公平观,指出了适合政府信息公开公平的公平观,在此基础上探讨了实现政府信息公开公平的方法和政府信息公开公平的效果。

Fairness is a human society,the pursuit of eternal significance of the fundamental values and codes of conduct,is an important feature of a harmonious society.This paper,through the comparing among numbers of equity perspective,points out a suitable equity perspective for a fair governmental Information Opening,and discusses the method and impact of fair governmental Information Opening.
