网络环境下教学型大学图书馆BPR构想

Conception of BPR of Teaching-Type University Library under the Network Environment

分析了教学型大学图书馆的工作目标、目前普遍采用的业务流程存在的主要问题以及图书馆BPR研究的主要方案,从教学型大学图书馆实际出发,提出了按照文献类型进行重组设置实体部门、按照相同或相近业务组成跨部门的业务工作小组的BPR方案。

The article analyzes the working object,the main problems existing in business process adopted at present and the main scheme of library BPR research of teaching-type university library.Based on actual conditions of teaching-type university library,the article puts forward the BPR scheme of setting departments according to the types of literature and building cross-department working group according to same or similar business.
