摘要
电子商务不是一件新事物,它是利用互联网新技术从传统商务发展而来。如今,对于那些想要在互联网经济中保持竞争力并保持成功的企业而言,电子商务已经成为一种至关重要的营销工具,企业生存与成长所必需的技术。从企业的角度出发,在现有电子商务系统满意度的知识基础上,研究出一种衡量电子商务成功应用的方法,称为电子商务满意度(EBS),衡量电子商务在中小企业中的成功应用。
Although e-commerce is not something new,it is an evolution of traditional business practices to take advantage of the new technologies of the internet age.At the present time,e-commerce has become a critical marketing tool for businesses who want to remain competitive and successful in the internet economy,the required technology for a company’s survival and growth.This paper aims to develop an effective measure of e-commerce success from a business point of view,termed E-commerce Business Satisfaction(EBS).This paper also describes the existing knowledge on satisfaction with e-commerce systems,for analysing EBS to measure e-commerce success in SMEs.
