内罚函数法是优化理论中重要的方法之一，在实际应用中，最优解常常不被达到，其原因是随着内罚因子ｒ不断变小，迭代过程出现病态，本文分析了导致这种病态产生的条件和原因，并指出了在实际应用中注意的事项。

Barrier function method is an important one in optimization theory.In application, optimum solution can not often be reached because of the effect of error when penalty factor r is indefinitely decreasing in the course iterating.This is because of morbid states rising during iterating. This paper analyses the conditions and causes resulting those morbid states and puts forward some points for attention in application.
