摘要
高校图书馆要重视人力资源在社会竞争中发挥的作用。从优化人力资源开发环境、建设人力资源信息库、分析人力资源开发的需求、确立人力资源开发原则、制定开发规划以及实施多种培训方式等方面探讨了高校图书馆人力资源开发策略。
University library should attach importance to the role of human resource in social competitiveness.This paper probes into several strategies for human resource development of university library,which include optimizing the environment of human resource development,constructing the human resource information database,analyzing the demand of human resource development,determining the principle for human resource development,working out the development plan,and implementing various training modes.
