分析了高校大学生与图书馆员信息素养的现状,并提出了培养高校大学生和馆员信息素养的措施,指出信息素养是信息社会每个社会成员的基本生存能力。

The paper analyzes the present situation of information literary of university students and librarians,puts forward several measures for cultivating the information literacy of university students and librarians,and points out that the information literacy is the basic survivability of each social member of information society.
