美国科学技术持续发展是与其完善的科技政策相联系的。介绍了美国科技政策发展的3个阶段,论述了美国政府科技政策与科技发展的互动关系及其对我国科技政策发展的启示。
The sustainable d development of science and technology in United State is connected with its perfect scientific and technological policy.This paper introduces three development periods of the scientific and technological policy in United States,and discusses the interaction between scientific and technological policy and scientific and technological development in United States and its enlightenment to China.
