以实际工程为例,就沉降、倾斜观测在建筑施工中的应用问题,从仪器设备、人员素质、观测时间、观测点、观测精度、观测成果及计算等方面提出了观测的基本要求,介绍了具体观测步骤,指出观测中的注意事项。

Taking the actual project case as the example,and in the light of the application of the observation of the settlement and declination in building＇s construction,this paper puts forward some basic requirements for the observation from instrument and equipment,personnel quality,observation time,observation point,observation accuracy,and observation achievement and calculation,etc.,introduces the concrete observation steps,and points out some matters needing attention in the observation.
