摘要
治理理论是当今国际社会科学界最热门的前沿理论之一,已经形成了较为完善的理论和逻辑体系。将治理理论引入到职教集团的研究中,从治理理论出发,职教集团治理是指协调职教集团不同主体之间利益关系的一系列制度安排,其目的是构建一个多元治理模式,推动职教集团有序发展。从治理主体来看,职教集团利益相关者主要包括三大类,政府、职业学校与企业,它们同时也是职教集团的治理主体。治理模式上,目前我国职教集团正处于发展初期,经历着从简单联合体向高级形式的发展趋势。建立多元治理模式是提升职教集团内部控制力与协调力,推动职教集团成长的根本保证。
Governance theory is a hot theory of social science,which has formed perfect theoretical and logical system.From the perspective of governance theory,the governance of vocational education group indicates a series of systematic arrangements which aims to harmonize the benefits of different subjects of vocational education group,and its purpose is to build a pluralistic governance model and boost the ordered development of vocational education group.In the aspect of governance subject,the stakeholders of vocational education group include three types:government,vocational schools and enterprises,and all of them are governance subjects of vocational education group.In the aspect of governance model,the development of vocational education group is at initial stage,which has manifested the development trend from simple union to high level mode.The construction of pluralistic governance model is fundamental assurance for enhancing inside control and harmonization and boosting the growth of vocational education group.
