苏州工业园区职业技术学院在微电子技术专业建设中,紧紧围绕园区微电子产业对人才的需求,以服务为宗旨,构建"学院+企业"双主体人才培养模式,根据岗位职业能力构建专业课程体系,围绕核心职业能力建设优质核心课程,加强校内外实习基地及其制度建设,在以客户需求为目标的服务理念导向下,向国内外企业、同行、社会提供服务,实现优质资源共享。

In the construction of micro-electronics specialty,Suzhou Vocational and Technical College of Industrial District has constructed the dualsubject talent cultivation model of ＂college ＋ enterprise＂ that takes serving as the tenet and surrounding with talents demand of microelectronics specialty,and its characteristics are：building specialty curriculum system according to post professional abilities,constructing topquality core courses surrounding with core professional abilities,strengthening the construction of practice training base and relevant systems inside and outside school,providing service for enterprises,peers and society oriented by the serving view of taking custom demand as the objectives and trying to achieving sharing of excellent resources.
