摘要 根据职业岗位群与专业培养目标,模具设计与制造专业实践教学体系的实施可分为单项实训和综合实训。通过单项实训,使学生的基础操作技能得到有效夯实;通过综合实训,使学生完全按企业模具生产流程进行管理与操作,全面提高综合职业能力。综合实训具体实施步骤及内容,包括模具设计与备料,工艺编制与模具加工,模具装配、试模、调试,小组阶段总结与实训答辩。 According to professional post group and specialty cultivation objectives,the implementation of practice teaching system of mould design and manufacturing specialty can divide into single item training and comprehensive training. Through single training,students' basic operational skills can be tamped effectively; through comprehensive practice training,students can manage and operate according to mould production procedure of enterprise and enhance comprehensive professional abilities. The implementation steps and contents of comprehensive practice training include mould design and preparing materials,craftwork making and mould processing,mould assembling,testing,debugging,team phase summarization and practice training regplying.
