摘要
高等学校建立常态化的自评机制,要以系统化的督导与评估工作体系为保障。利用督导工作的基础,发挥其资源优势,将督导与评估有机结合,充分利用督导与评估的联系性和能动性,构建督导与评估一体化的工作体系,建立职能独立的组织机构,集督教评教、督学评学、督管评管于一体,实施两级督评模式,开展分层、分级、体现专业课程特点的全方位的督评活动。
To build normalized self-evaluation mechanism,higher education institutions should take systematized working system of monitoring and evaluation as the assurance. Taking advantage of monitoring work and its resource advantages,combining monitoring with evaluation,exerting its linkage and activity,the working system of integration of monitoring with evaluation was built; building the organization institution of independent function which integrate monitoring teaching and evaluating teaching,monitoring learning and evaluating learning,monitoring management and evaluating management together; deploying comprehensive monitoring and evaluation activities of delamination and classification that embody specialty course characteristics.
