课堂是学生成长的主要场所,课堂文化影响到学生的发展方向和发展质量。和谐的课堂尊重学生的个性差异,让学生的自主探究与教师的引导相得益彰,是提高教学质量的重要保证。构建和谐课堂文化,应该从教师转变教学观开始,注重营造师生民主平等环境,建立师生平等对话交流平台,逐渐形成知识和技能学习的共同体。

Classroom is the main space for student growth,and the classroom culture have influence on the development direction and qualities of students. Harmonious classroom that respects students＇ personality differences and bring out the best in students＇ self-exploration and teachers＇ guidance is important assurance for enhancing teaching quality. To build harmonious classroom culture,teachers should begin with transforming teaching view,pay attention to build democratic and equal environment,construct the platform for equal communication and dialogue between teachers and students and gradually form the community of knowledge and skills learning.
