摘要
常规城市燃气管网抢险抢修作业都是采取直接放散燃气的方式进行,造成能源浪费和环境污染,并存在重大安全隐患。为此,研制出了便携式放散燃气回收装置,将这部分燃气回收并加以利用。详细介绍了便携式放散燃气回收装置的构成、基本工作原理和实际操作,并对该装置的经济性进行了分析。研究结果表明,便携式放散燃气回收装置,不仅能完全回收检修作业过程中原本需排入大气、被浪费掉的燃气,实现零排放,彻底消除安全隐患,而且能够提供用于管道吹扫或强度与气密性试验的压缩空气介质,还能供应用于置换的惰性气体,是一种极有推广应用前景的设备。
The conventional emergency rescue and repair work in the urban gas network is usually done by discharging the gas directly in the air,which will not only result in energy waste and environmental pollution,but bring potential safety hazards.Therefore,a portable discharged gas recycling device was developed to take good use of the discharged gas.Hereby,the structure,basic working principles and actual operation of this device are introduced in detail,and its economy analysis is also made.The test results show that this newly developed device can absolutely recycle the previously wasted gas to achieve zero discharge and to eliminate safety hazards,it can also be a medium for the compressed air used in the pig purging of pipelines or the strength & gas-tightness tests,and it can even supply for inert gas replacement.This multi-functional recycling device will be applied widely in near future leading to great social and economic benefits.
