粗纺羊绒质量指标与成品质量指标的相关性分析

Correlation analysis on the quality indicators of woolen cashmere and end products

从粗纺羊绒生产中随机抽取10组纺纱数据以及与其相对应的羊绒质量指标值,选取其中一些重要的质量指标,其中包括羊绒的长度CV值、细度CV值和短绒率,纱线的粗纱CV值和细纱强力、成品纱的成品CV值和成品纱强力,通过这些质量指标分析出粗纺羊绒质量指标与粗纱质量指标的相关性,以及粗纱质量指标与成品纱质量指标的相关性,最后计算出相关系数。根据相关系数得出结论:羊绒的质量指标与成品纱的成品CV值成正相关,与成品纱强力成负相关,可以直接影响纱线的质量指标值。

In this paper,the production of woolen cashmere yarn was randomly selected 10 groups of data,as well as their corresponding index the quality indicators of woolen cashmere.The selected indicators included the length CV,fineness CV and short fiber rate of cashmere,roving CV and strength of roving,end products CV and strength of end products.Through these quality indicators,this thesis analyzed the correlation on the quality indicators of woolen cashmere and roving,roving and end products,then calculated the correlation coefficients.According to the correlation coefficients,it concluded that the correlation between the quality indicators of woolen cashmere and CV of end products was positively,and the strength of end products was negatively,it can directly affect the end products＇ quality indicators.
