摘要
最小条件是形位误差的检测原则,根据形位公差项目的不同而呈现不同的内涵和外延,用发散性思维求解出唯一的收敛性答案,是此类检验的显著特征。以平面度检测为例,最小条件的实现往往采用基面旋转法,但其旋转的技巧因人而异。文中归纳了基面旋转法的一般流程和方法要领,论述了平面度误差检验合格的充要条件,并对第二代GPS在平面度误差检测环节中的作用进行了探讨。
Minimum condition is the detection principle of the form and position errors. According to different geometric tolerance items, different connotation and extension are presented. It is the salient feature of such testing that solving a unique convergence of the answer by divergent thinking. Adoption of the basal plane rotation method often can achieve the minimum conditions such as the flatness measure. Rotation techniques vary from person to person. This article summarizes the general processe and essentials of the basal plane rotation method. This article discusses the necessary and sufficient conditions of inspecting the qualified flatness errors, and the role of second-generation GPS in the link in detecting flatness errors.
