摘要
对抛光的几种不同工艺进行了阐述、比对,分析指出了新的纳米抛光技术由于它的优点将被广泛应用,并将逐步替代传统的抛光工艺。
In this paper, several different techniques of polishing were explained and compared, it is suggested that new nano-polishing technology will be applied widely because of its characteristic, and is going to replace conventional polishing technique.
