摘要
数控铣削加工中常常会遇到一些复杂轮廓棱边倒圆角的加工。针对使用软件自动编程的加工方法的缺陷问题,建立了倒圆角数学模型,讨论了复杂轮廓的宏程序实现及变半径补偿的编程方法,提出了一类复杂轮廓的倒圆角的加工程序编制方法,并举例说明了编程方法。该倒圆角方法可提高产品的加工效率和产品圆角表面质量。
There is some fillet machined in complex contour during numerical control milling. The paper establishes the mathematical model of fillet, analyses the method of macro program for complex contour and the program of various radius compensation, and obtains the program of milling of fillet in complex contour, which avoids some faults using automatic program with CAM software. It is proved that the programming method can improve cutting speed and can get better surface.
