为满足科研工作中对深度测量的高精度要求,设计了一套深度测量装置。该装置在千分尺工作原理的基础上,利用圆盘放大超细螺距实现精密读取深度数据。实践证明,使用该装置能够方便有效地获得高精度深度数据。

To meet the reqirments of high- accuracy depth measure in reseach work, the paper design a set of depth measuring devices. The device works based on the priciple of micrometer apply disk zoom to achieve superfine pitch to read high- accuracy depth data. This device can be convenient and effective access high- accuracy depth data.
