农牧区蒙古族新生文化心理压力现状调查及其教育途径

摘要 农牧区蒙古族新生的文化知识具有一定的不均衡性。由于历史原因、地理环境、经济文化基础等多方面因素,他们的基础教育发展程度相对落后于内地和汉族聚集地区,使他们付出更多的精力和代价学习汉语和外语。同时,由于学习文化知识技能的语言文字工具由母语转变为汉语和外语,从而面临着新的挑战和压力。本文针对这些压力和挑战,通过在农牧区蒙古族新生中进行实地调查,从而为将他们培养成为健康、全面发展的人才力求探索行之有效地教育途径和较为科学地管理模式。 There is some certain imbalance in the cultural knowledge of Mongolian freshmen of cultural and pastoral areas.Because of historical reasons,geographical environment,economic and cultural factors,the development of their basic education relatively lags behind the mainland and the areas inhabited by the Han people,which makes them pay more energy and costs to learning Chinese and foreign languages.At the same time,due to that the language tool in learning culture,knowledge and skills has changed from their parent language into Chinese and foreign languages,they face new challenges and pressure.Based on the pressure and challenges,the thesis will attempt to explore effective educational ways and more scientific management modes in order to make them healthy and cultivate their talents with all-round development through the field investigation in Mongolian freshmen of agricultural and pastoral areas.
