摘要
本文介绍了以6—APA为原材料,合成氨苄青霉素钠的新工艺—混合酸酐法。结果表明,使用该方法合成氨苄青霉素钠的收率可达84～86％,纯度高达96.33～99.00％。
The ampicillinum Natrium is one of the semi-synthesized penicillins possessing broad spectrum anti-germ activities. The paper precented the method'mixed anhydride compound and using the derivatives of 6-amino penicillinanic, acid.The results indicate that the collective rate is 84—86%, and the purity is 96.33—99%.
