青花椒的研究进展

青花椒是我国花椒栽培中的一个优良品种,因其独特的颜色和优秀的品质,深受广大消费者的喜爱。文章综述了青花椒的研究现状,包括青花椒栽培、采收技术研究、青花椒有效成分的研究以及目前青花椒加工应用的研究,并对青花椒的应用前景进行了展望。

Zanthoxylum schinifolium Sieb.et Zucc is a good variety of pricklyash peel in our country,which is well received by most of consumers because of its unique color and excellent quality.This paper reviews the present research of Zanthoxylum schinifolium Sieb.et Zucc,including study on the technology of its cultivation and harvest,the active component and the current process and application,it also expected the developing prospect of Zanthoxylum schinifolium Sieb.et Zucc.
